Bob
DuBree, President
Creative Contracting is owned and
managed by Bob DuBree. His experience as a former Army
Corps of Engineers construction officer and third generation
craftsman add the extra professionalism and attentiveness
that the company's clients have come to expect. Bob is
an active member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association
and Past President of the Bucks-Mont Chapter of the National
Association of the Remodeling Industry. He has and continues
to serve at the local and national board level, always
striving to improve the industry and his company. |

Amy
Ensminger, Customer Service Support
Amy is the resident expert
at walking clients through the process of choosing carpet,
paint, tile, and any other kind of material they might
need to achieve their goals in their remodeling or building
process. Developing an ongoing relationship with the families
during the installation of the various materials, she
verifies the quality of the work and makes sure the client
is satisfied with the final result. Bringing her extensive
experience in sales and real estate to the company in
1998, Amy truly enjoys the time she spends with the clients.
She has an extra benefit, too. "I have the pleasure
of working with my son Bob every day. Seeing his vision
for his company resulting in success is a real joy."
Amy recently completed the Interior Design Certification
Course at Temple University. |

Kim
DuBree, Marketing
Graduating from Gettysburg College
with a degree in English and a concentration in business,
Kim has been a sounding board for all policies since the
business was started in 1988.Together with Bob she has
worked to make the company professional and personable.
Originally responsible for company communications and
marketing initiatives, Kim has been able to further her
passion for design, by completing the Interior Design
Certification course at Temple University. "Communication
is very important to me and I enjoy listening to our clients
to get a real sense of their vision and then helping them
to make design choices that will fit their vision and
their budget." Kim is also working to develop
new services that will allow Creative to expand our interior
design offerings. |

Olga
Mullin, Office Manager
When you call Creative Contracting,
chances are that Olga will answer your call. Her pleasant
disposition and sense of humor help create a warm and
friendly atmosphere. Her capable business experience helps
the office run smoothly and efficiently. Born in Spain,
and moving to the U.S. at 16 years old, Olga completed
her education here with a degree in commercial art from
Kean College in New Jersey. "I have always had
a passion for remodeling my own home. To learn about the
construction process and the industry specifiic programs
(Master Builder) has been challenging and interesting." |

Nick
Forry, Systems Analyst
Nick, a graduate of York College of
Pennsylvania, has expertise in the area of operations
management and construction. He insures that the systems
are in place for each and every job to run effectively.
Nick works closely with production and management to insure
the success of each job from a business and time mangement
perspective. He tracks the movement of each job from pre-production
to post-production and is a key operative in the smooth
completion of each remodel. "It was a personal
goal of mine to combine my business degree and my years
of experience in the field of construction. My position
at Creative Contracting has given me the opportunity to
achieve this goal. When a job is completed, I feel a great
sense of accomplishment knowing that I played a key role
in its success." |

Kellie
Boyce, Designer
As a graduate of the Art Institute
of Philadelphia and with over ten years experience in
the industry, Kellie is an invaluable addition to the
Creative Contracting team. She started her design career
in Orlando, Florida working with a custom home builder.
Working directly with clients on the project design from
as-built drawings and preliminary design through the construction
drawing phase, Kellie is a key player in the process from
start to finish. Her work creating schematic floor plans,
elevations and sections help communicate the design options
clearly to the client. Working with the clients
throughout the process assisting the homeowners
with interior selections including cabinetry, flooring,
paint and hardware has been fun and rewarding.
I love using my design expertise to help our clients see
their dream come to life. |

Teresa
H. Berger, Marketing Director
With over seven years experience
in marketing and client relations, Teresa will be the
driving force behind Creative Contracting marketing
and community involvement activities. With her degree
in Marketing from Philadelphia University and an MBA,
she has the know-how to implement new ideas and fine-tune
current marketing practices. I look forward
to getting to know our clients and community better,
sharing the Creative Contracting philosophy with others
and building lasting relationships while helping the
company achieve its goals.
