Creative Contracting Inc. has been locally owned and operated since 1988. During that time the company has evolved into an industry leader with both local and national recognition for quality, design, and service. President Bob DuBree has dedicated himself to improving the company and increasing professionalism within the industry through education and participation in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Early Experience As the grandson of a builder and the son of a custom cabinet maker, it was not surprising that Bob's first assignment as a new 2nd Lieutenant right out of Temple University was a major renovation. As a member of the Army Corps of Engineers, Bob was asked to lead a platoon of 38 men-"carpenters, plumbers, and electricians"-to convert an old army barracks into a 13 room guest house. With a $1.5 million budget he completed his first assignment on time (and on budget). Bob has been remodeling ever since!
Giving Back Bob believes strongly in volunteer service. He served as president of the local Bucks-Mont NARI Chapter and later received the prestigious President's Award given by the national association to a local president who has been accredited with achieving accomplishments in education and professionalism for the chapter. He currently serves on the Bucks-Mont Chapter's Board of Directors, is Chair of the Education Committee and also serves on the National Board of Directors. Bob's close ties to the NARI community enabled him to participate in the relief effort after the 9/11 tragedy. "It was such a devastating tragedy that everyone had a strong desire to do something to help. We were fortunate to have a specific mission to use our skills and help in the recovery effort."
Professional Recognition Since 1996 Creative Contracting has been recognized for their commitment to quality design, construction, and project management with numerous awards for excellence. Creative Contracting has been designated a National Big 50 Remodeling Company by Remodeler Magazine, a benchmark within the remodeling community. They have also been named a member of the National Top 500 Remodelers by Qualified Remodelers magazine. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry has awarded Creative Contracting numerous Contractor of the Year (COTY) awards in the categories of design, construction, and management for projects including kitchens, baths, basements, additions and specialty categories.
